Three days in Hell, writen by George Bernage and published by Heimdal (France), which sheds new light on the chaotic events of the first days of the allied invasion in 1944.
It suffers from some unfortunate design choices which make the reading process tiresome. It has two columns of text on each page and it has additional text boxes on the sidebar. It has inconsistent borders and margins to page, several images bleeding out of the page, overall arrangement not optimized, etc.
Of course, in our personal view, this makes the reading clunky albeit it permitted a hassle free work for the designer with photo distribution/arrangement on each page. In our view this could be improved. So here it is our example.
